| | | | | | | | | Sensitive restructuring of a Grade I listed house and Grade II* grounds. The plan included a new autonomous house set in the corner of a walled garden. The whole of the estate was reorganised and clarified. The proposals converted the wings and built new workshops and a new house within the walled garden. Planning permission has been given for the whole project. The new house was given permission as an exception to policy in the Grade I and II* listed environment, on the basis of its high quality design. |
